Hello DTF Member,

If you are reading this, you are invited to participate in the DTF Fantasy Football League.

This version of the league has been going for several years. I've wiped the teams clean, to allow anyone to join, but the former players are more than welcome to rejoin. If you register, please reply with your team name so that we know who's who. We'll need a minimum of 8 and while 12 would be perfect, we'll go up to 14 or 16 if that many people want to play.

Once we see who's playing, we'll vote on PPR vs. Standard and whatever else. Also, we're looking to have a live online draft. Date is Monday, August 29th at 8:00 PM EST, but can be changed to fit the needs of the majority.

I can't make the draft due to work. Will it pick a team for me so I can still play?

Also, I don't know what the two different scoring types mean.

We can move the draft day/time for one that works for the majority.

If you can't make the draft, your team will be autodrafted, according to best player available/position of need per the Yahoo! rankings, or by your own custom rankings.

I haven't done my ff league this year and don't intend to. I've had it since '08 but in the last few years I've had people do it and then stop switching out players on the bench and it just got to be meh. Last year I only had 8 teams. That wasn't much of a challenge.

Correct. We need an even number of teams. So let's see if we can get a 10th before we add a 9th.

Yay to me for going 12-1 in the regular season...then winning the championship.......

Thanks for putting this together.

It's the first time I actually paid any attention. As huge a football fan I am I'm surprised I've just never been into these that much. Of course, it's probably more fun doing these in-person for the live trash talk but I had fun.
