Upgraded to Windows 10-unable to use emojis, etc... since then

Anyone else come across this problem?  I've done attachments and such before, but when I've tried the past two days, ...nothing.  The only thing I can guess at is that it is related to the recent upgrade.  Any known tricks to resolve this?  Thanks in advance.
