Well done dude! And the small amp actually helps it sound more like early 80s tones in general.

MJ, here's a couple of questions.

1. What's your favourite video game?
2. If you had 4 weeks time and unlimited money, where would you travel with that time and money and what would you do there?
3. If you had to give up one of the following three things for the rest of your life, which would it be - pizza, bacon, beer?
4. What do you do for a living?
5. What's your favourite highschool memory?

Mazzio's. It's weird, their online reviews are mediocre, but this is amazing. I guess because it's basically their signature dish.

Love these questions.

1. For nostalgia, Donkey Kong Country for SNES. Aside from that, WoW.
2. This is a tough one; there's a lot I want to do. I want to see NYC and try Lombardi's there, I want to go to Lambeau Field, and I want to sightsee a bit in Europe. Also a cruise would be fun.
3. You tryin' to wreck my life? Damn. Ummm.... I guess beer if I could still have liquor.
4. Sales rep at AT&T
5.  A group of friends and I were sitting at the table on our lunch period, and there was a vendor who showed up to service the ice cream vending machine in our cafeteria. Keep in mind these bars ranged anywhere from 1.75 to 3.00 depending on the selection. Said vendor walked away, and after about five minutes I got curious. I walked up the machine and it was left on a maintenance menu of sorts. I navigated my way through the menu and eventually came to a price setting. I changed the price of every single available selection to 5 cents, as the machine wouldn't accept pennies. I told my friends about it, we each bought a candy bar or two, then went on our merry way.

My school had about three lunch periods because it was just too big for everyone to go to lunch at the same time.  The following class period (which was also the 2nd lunch period for a third of the school) I asked my teacher if I could go to the bathroom, to which he obliged. We were on the second floor, so this particular hallway I walked down had windows that oversaw the cafeteria. I looked down and there was a line of students at that vending machine that circled the ENTIRE cafeteria.

The last period of school the principal was calling students into her office to try and figure out who did it. No one ratted me out.

Edit: If the vendor ever happens to read this - I'm sorry I wrecked your day. I was a 10th grade little shit.

What were your first three concerts that you went to?
I've only been to two. I saw Metallica when they came to town, and Shinedown when they came to the fair.

Sacul, describe us your perfect day.
I'd wake up at midday and have locro (a traditional Argentinian food, fucking delicious). Listen to some music until 3 pm, then go for a walk to the forest/mountains with my gf or ride my bike with her. Get back by 5pm, have some hot chocolate, play videogames. Dinner with friends and pizza while we jam some Pink Floyd and modern classical music and try solve math quizzes. Go back home at midnight, have a special evening with bae, then read something before going to sleep.

Sacul did you ever listen to my EP again  :corn
I think I haven't - too Paramacore for my tastes  :lol But I'll give it a spin right now, just in case I missed something good.

Damn, forgot to post about it: I listened to all bonus tracks you guys sent me. But I've gotta say, none of them were particularly engaging or interesting enough to make me add an album to the list, so...  :P

Also, relistened your EP, Parama. Quite better than I remembered, actually. I'll add The Ocean - Pelagial to my list (maybe this band will click this time), and after a few more spins, I'll decide if doing the same with the Lesoir record.

Here's a couple of questions.

1. How did you discover DTF?
2. Where in Argentina do you live?
3. If you had unlimited money and a month of time, where would you go and what would you do there?
4. What's your favourite food?
5. Which five albums would you take onto a desert island with you (a desert island that conveniently has a CD player and electricity; don't question my scenarios!)?

1. When the hype for DT12 was real (got into the band shortly after ADToE), I stumbled upon this site and slowly got into the community. Then I discovered that GMD subforum and that was a one-way ticket to insanity. Not complaining tho.

2. In Córdoba rn, capital of the second biggest province in the country - very far away from Buenos Aires though. Like 600 kms or so.

3. I'd probably visit Scotland, Italy, Iceland, and Japan. Mostly explore the natural landscapes of them and some cultural places. Taste their food, attend to some gigs. Spend a week on each. If my gf could come alongside, way better.

4. Either pizza or locro, a fantastic regional dish.

5. Well, that's kind tough. I could just answer with my top 5 albums, but I've listened to them tons of times so they don't have much replay value these days. So I guess I'll choose some from there, and a handful of records that have been growing on me a lot these last months or I just think I still haven't discovered all their details:

Porcupine Tree - In Absentia
Nine Inch Nails - The Fragile
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - F#A#∞
LTE - LTE 2
Kashiwa Daisuke - Program Music I

Sacul, how would you describe Zantera / Sacul music in one sentence?
Pretentious yet actually good music Hipster crap.

I'm not Sacul but to add to the Zantera/Sacul genre tag, I'd say it's something outside of the progressive rock/metal hemisphere that might be too bizarre, out there or experimental for some people who prefer their music a certain way.  :P

As a follow-up to that, Sacul have you listened to Boris? I feel like together with Swans/GYBE they might be one of the best examples of Zantera/Sacul music. Feedbacker would be a good start if you haven't.  ;)

Oh I love Feedbacker - what Wata does tot he guitar blows my mind. She's amazing. But t
Haven't explored Boris much besides New Album and Heavy Rocks. Well, I listened to Flood once and thought it was atrocious and boring :P

Pink is definitely the one I'll check next.

1. Do you like popcorn?
2. What are some of your favorite movies?
3. What's your biggest fear?
4. If you could, would you change anything you did in the past?
1. Not really, but I love that icon.
2. I'm not that much of a movie fan, but I loved Inception, Matrix, Fight Club, King's Speech, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Kill Bill.
3. Living a life of mediocrity, I guess.
4. I feel most of what I've done has helped me learn valuable things, even if they did hurt. I'd have finished that last exam, tho - only days later I realised I actually knew some of the answers and could have passed. Oh well :lol

How would you best describe Train / of Naught music?
Heavy as a really heavy thing.

Aww, Flood is actually my favorite. :( That one and Feedbacker are both 5/5 IMO. After that you have a toss up of amazing albums like Amplifier Worship, Akuma No Uta, Dronevil & Pink.

Dunno, I thought nothing really happened on that one. Everybody I read was hyping it as "a unique experience" or something like that so expected something similar to Feedbacker in terms of unconventional listening. But it just bored me :lol

When I delve deeper into their discography I'll give it another chance tho.

It's more of a post-rock/ambient album, definitely works well for headphone listening. Not really an album you blast through your speakers when you want something more energetic.  :)

4/4 sucks, Slayer have been releasing the same album for 20 years, hail trve metvl, etc.

Nah jk, I don't consider myself elitist - it's just banter on my custom title.

I used to play the piano, but got frustrated because my inability to keep up with tempo prevented me from getting into more complex pieces. I intend to go back to it someday tho.

The city in which I was born I only visit it once per year because relatives, but wouldn't live there - too dangerous. But I love the little town in which I was raised most of my life, it's quiet and I can safely walk the streets at any time. Kinda boring, but that's the price I pay I guess.

Either pizza or locro (magnificent regional meal).

Think I've seen you mention somewhere on here you are in a relationship?

How does your obsession with music affect your relationship with your partner?
