Does anyone here watch the Saw series? Pretty interesting, but really disturbing. I enjoy it nonetheless.

I think I saw the first four (or three).  Each one was less good than the previous one, but I enjoyed them all. I would never go out of my way to see them again.

The twist at the end of the first one was terrific.

I just watched all of them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. As ridiculous as it got, I liked that they attempted to tie them all together into one big story, even if the real Jigsaw died less than halfway through the franchise. :lol It helped watching them all together, but a lot of it blurs together for me.

The first was the best, with my least favourites being 2 and 3D.

I really like all of them except the last one. The last one isn't bad, but easily the weakest.

I once did an overnight marathon viewing of the first 7 or so. I really liked the first one, but beyond that I didn't enjoy them all that much.

This.

I really fanboyed the first 4 of them, people thought I was crazy but I actually really enjoyed the plot. Some twists you could say are pretty predictable, but at the time I was just a not-so-clever kid so it all seemed ingenius to me.
I've been thinking of rewatching all of them, might just do that as soon as I have the time to.

Making my way through these again. Love 3 and 4, and how they're interlinked.

I actually decided yesterday that I never want to see any of these movies ever.

Ok, then why waste your time posting in a thread about Saw? :lol Maybe I'll go into the Steven Wilson thread and let everyone know that I decided long ago never to listen to his music too.

The Cube series is as disturbing as i'll go.

I just don't have the mentality to deal with people suffering in films and horrible situations.

I really love the first one. The 2nd one was pretty decent, but from there my interest just went farther and farther downhill.

The only one I outright don't like is 7. That felt like a made for tv version of saw in quality.

Can't wait for the inevitable reboot trilogy.

You need that one pointless movie where he becomes Jigsaw at the end.

I too enjoyed the first one. it's my favorite of the bunch though I've only seen up to 4. 2nd had a good story but that's when it really went all out with the torture porn. I like how they tied 3 & 4 to the main story. Not sure if I should bother watching the rest. There are what 3 more? I think I'm good for now.

I enjoyed the Saw series for the most part, but the violence got so over the top towards the end that I probably wouldn't watch the last few again. The first one is one of my favorite horror movies of all time.
