Did we ever establish what VFS stood for? Does anyone care anymore?

No idea who started it, but quite a lot of people added them.

Yeah, I can't remember her name now. Anyway, it stemmed from that whole thing. I don't recall now if it was a conversation, or an intention, or a reference to something, but I remember typing the phrase "vibrating fap session" and thinking "hey that's kinda catchy". So when I had to come up with a new username to do some tech work here, I decided to go with VibratingFapSession but bosk wasn't having any of that. He shortened it to VFS and it stuck.

classic. Not exactly though. It wasn't a contest, just a challenge to keep track for the entire year. But some people made it a personal challenge - some to NOT fap, some to fap as often as possible...

I don't know.  I thought it was before that, but now I'm not sure.

I know the person put it in their signature on January 1st or thereabouts and so even if I did become VFS in the same calendar year chances are good that the idea had been implanted in my mind already as of January first.

yes but I'm old now and have no hormones left so it's at permanent zero. Maybe once I restart BHRT with the t cream added in with everything else things will change. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I finally got them to hook me up with all that I've been pushing for for some years now. Will start the new regimen this week I hope. Too bad all the online forums for such discussions mostly suck.

It also means Vertical Filming Syndrome (actually VVS (Vertical Video Syndrome) but this works too), ya know, when people hold their phones with the top side facing upward when filming, resulting in big black bars on each side of the video.

yeah it was my other username. I'm sure some old threads have my posts floating around.

I'm one of those people who holds a phone upright when using it, because that's how it's meant to be held. Upright.

If people were meant to hold it sideways to use it, it would be made sideways. Or else have a user's guide included. (I hate that nothing has a manual anymore.)

But yeah, nowadays I do film it so that I can end up with a larger video. That's my motivation for turning it sideways as opposed to seeing people complain that I'm otherwise doing it "wrong".
