Yeah dude  :tup :tup :tup

Point/Counterpoint is one of my favourite songs to sing along to!
It might be my favorite on it. But the whole album is very good.

All of their albums are pretty much at the same quality, have you heard them all? I really like the covers album they did as well, 'Hell' may be may favourite song of theirs, period!

I only know that album. I think it was the first ska punk record I've ever heard.

Well I can certainly recommend you some ska punk albums if you get into the genre

This is a 46 track rock opera behemoth that is separated into 3 acts and lasts over 3 and a half hours featuring 29 characters played by 29 singers. The story is loosely based on Vladímir Soloviov's "A Short Tale Of The Antichrist"

I've been listening to this almost exclusively since it was released almost 2 weeks ago. I've figured out about 2/3 of it now and I like it although it's a little samey. The Astonishing's parts separate themselves more than this. It's really good, though, just really tough to listen to all the way through at over 3 hours. Could have gone for a few more long tracks but very consistent songwriting considering its length.

I already have too many albums (about 500) on the list to listen to. Thanks though. I heard Sublime was even better than Streetlight Manifesto.

You've never listened to Sublime?  They are more reggae than ska, but definitely have punk/ska elements to their music.  I'd definitely recommend listening to their self titled album.  That album was huge in the 90s and a childhood favorite of mine.

Yea, I'm in agreement with you cram, Sublime's self titles album is amazing. I love both bands but I personally like Streetlight a bit more. There is honestly so much great music that crosses reggae/ska/punk. I could recommend so much that goes from full on reggae to hard-core ska punk (skacore). The UK had an amazing scene in the early 00's. Bands like Capdown, King Prawn, {spunge}, Random Hand etc. So much amazing music  :heart

Yea, I know you know your stuff in this catagory.  Skints  :metal UK definitely has a great ska/punk scene.  I think for the US, where I live in central NJ, we've got a really strong scene as well, especially in the 90s when I was growing up and going to all the local ska/punk shows.  Bands like Streetlight Manifesto and Bouncing Souls are local to me.   I must say that I'm really not involved in the local or larger scene much at all anymore though.  I couldn't tell you who the latest ska/punk band is anymore.  Having said that, I saw Less Than Jake last weekend.  Always a good time.

The Flower Kings - Stardust We Are

I'm saving up for the Kingdom of Colours box. I don't have any of the other albums in that set, so while I'll get a second Stardust We Are, it'll be worth it to snap up a sizable chunk of the band's discography in one fell swoop.
