Franz Ferdinand - Always ascending

Not a bad album by any means, but it might be their most "okay" one so far. The title track is great, I like The Academy award quite a bit as well, but that might be it for great songs. Maybe it grows on me, who knows.

That new MGMT also needs a few more spins, but I enjoy it.

I recently watched rush time stand still documentary and so i'm going through their catalog start to finish. I've heard all of these records at least once but i've never done them in chronological order. Its an extremely logical progression of music when you listen to it this way. pretty cool. i'm on signals right now

It's either like 29 really short tracks that flow as one piece, or one 43 minute track, so really same difference as far as I care

This is a 46 track rock opera behemoth that is separated into 3 acts and lasts over 3 and a half hours featuring 29 characters played by 29 singers. The story is loosely based on Vladímir Soloviov's "A Short Tale Of The Antichrist"

I've actually never listened to them, but saw they are playing all of Catch 22's Keasbey Nights on facebook which lead me to say, why then I found out it's the original catch 22 singer's band?!  I still haven't listened to them, but I was obsessed with Keasbey Nights for awhile as a kid and seen Catch 22 like 12 or so times back in the day (although never with the original singer, I just missed him).  I kind of want to go to that show but since I am so out of the loop, it sold out and super expensive on the second hand market.
