The Undertale soundtrack. I finished playing this amazing game a couple of weeks ago and now I can't stop listening to the soundtrack. Best music to a video game ever.

Weakest AB album, IMO, but still a fantastic record!
Interesting. I'd say it's their second best. I'd rank them like this:

1. Blackbird
2. AB III
3. One Day Remains
4. Fortress
5. The Last Hero

I think all their albums are fantastic, but for some reason Fortress took a long time for me to get into, which is strange because thats the album were I felt they were beginning to get a little proggy, especially with the title track

I found some kind of unofficial BLUE VINYL VERSION of SYSTEM OF A DOWNs debut album for 19 euros yesterday! I can't find that album on vinyl anywhere for a reasonable price so I am very happy!
This album was the only one I didn't know too well. But so far, I like its raw and aggressive attitude and the thrashy garage sound!

A lot to take in on first listen but sounds excellent.

This sounded pretty good. Sort of proggy AOR.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Listened to part of the Threshold and sounds good.  Just noticed they have been around awhile.  What do you consider the best album from the band.

Thanks for introducing me to a new band.  Found so many great bands on this thread.

I am enjoying it as much as I can, but I am also listening to it on my phone speaker at work. So I am not experiencing it as it should be.

@ Mikey regarding Threshold.  There are three 'eras' to Threshold Their first few albums with two different vocalists, and they were finding their way.  There are some gems in there, but (imo) I consider those to be their weakest albums (or more accurately, 'least best).  Then, the 'Mac' era, with vocalist Andrew 'Mac" McDermott.  All 5 are excellent.  Mac died in 2011, and they brought back Damian Wilson (who I love).  This album, they've brought back Glynn Morgan (who was the vocalist for Psychadelicatessen.

That said, I'd suggest:

Extinct Instinct
Subsurface
March of Progress

In response to Mike, I'm not their biggest fan so maybe go with Chad's recommendations . I only have Hypothetical (with Mac on vocals), which I like, and the last two, which are decent albums but I don't like Damien Wilson's voice as much as Chad, though it's not enough to ruin the albums. I find him a bit "patronising".

I probably need to go back to earlier albums at some point.

Definitely look into the other four Mac-era albums Paul.  Not a bad one in the bunch.
