No evidence of a heart attack either. Could be undiagnosed hypertension, so I need to follow up with a primary care physician for that. They also can't rule out a blockage, so I need to see a cardiologist for that.

Slightly wouldn't necessarily be hypertension. Could be pre-hypertension, in which case they'll probably give you dietary instructions. Could just be dehydration. Cardiologist would likely give you a stress test. I only know this because my dad went through it 10 years ago.

I've had no sugar in my tea or coffee since jan 1st and have been avoiding all snacks and sugary foods ...

Bought some bathroom scales so i can monitor any progress and just now I power walked up a steep hill to get out of breath and sweaty.

Gonna do that once a day and check my progress once a week :)

For those keeping score i'm 5 ft 8 ( 175 cm ) and currently 182 lbs.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Lola is our Yorkie. She is an 2 year old dog. House broken, well behaved, never barks, bites, or chews anything in the house. No shedding either. I was against getting a small dog because I thought she would be yappy, but she has completely changed my opinion

Murphy is our German Shepherd mix. He is between 2-3 years old and has been living with us for a month. He is house broken and really sweet. He is a bit clingy though and follows me everywhere so I'm working on that with him. Lucky for me he doesn't suffer from separation anxiety and I can trust him being at home alone.

I hurt my back pretty bad and my brother had some oxycontin from an accident he had so he gave me a few. All I remember is my hands feeling numb, the feeling of being drunk, and the pain still being there.

The only thing I can remember is my mom giving me a sleeping pill once she brought back from Russia that had one hell of an affect on me.

I have trouble sleeping from time to time and she gave me this pill and told me to take half. Well one night I couldn't sleep so I took the whole thing and figured I'd shower and lay down. Well I was sitting on my computer and remember being tired so I just laid down with the tv on. Next thing I knew it felt like every cell in my body was shutting down and I just passed out. I woke up 7 hours later tv on, lights on, in the exact position I fell asleep in.

I've never felt something that powerful from a pill that tiny.
