Need is definitely not mine, have only heard that song you sent me but haven't gotten in to them since.

I will say a total of 5 of the bands submitted here were on my list, but they pretty much all got scratched because of wolf's reaction to the Earthside vocals, no TesseracT, Mandroid Echostar or Voices from the Fuselage coming from me in this roulette for sure. Mine is in the first batch, is all I'll say.

I had Voices on my list to send. I've sent every one of those bands in a roulette, and I think I've reviewed all of them for Lady Obscure as well. Even interviewed Sean (aparadoxindeed here on DTF) from the Deadstation, hell of a  nice guy. But I didn't send them.....

For shits and giggles...

https://ladyobscure.com/albums/the-deadstation-episode-01-peering-into-the-deepest-ocean-abyss/

4.5/5 stars

4/5 stars

5/5 stars for Eidos, 5/5 stars for In Crescendo

5/5 stars

Absolute Priority 4.5/5 stars

Speaking to Stones 5/5 stars

IQ 5/5 stars

Thoughts Factory 5/5 stars

InnerShine 4.5/5 stars

Needless to say, one hell of a group of albums.

Ok... time to let the cat out of the bag.

As I'm sure you figured out RJ, this was a bit of a prank (at my bequest).  Kade and everyone else was kind enough to go in on it.  I think we probably got you with the first list, but if you still bought it for even 10 seconds with that second list, then mission accomplished.  These aren't the bands that were submitted, just a list of 'your' bands that I gave to Kade.

Though, I do think that some of these bands were used this round.  Shall be interesting to see which ones you've been rock-blocked from.

Paul submitted Mandroid Echostar in my roulette if memory serves correct , so that's my guess here.

Okay, here is the real list of bands;

Absolute Priority
Ihsahn
Oceans of Slumber
Joshua
Orden Ogan
Iris Divine
Phantasma
Armored Saint
IQ
Almanac
Glass Mind
Arkentype

Yes, there are only 12 bands.  Two different participants sumbitted a song from the same band.  Since I have never heard the band before and it was the same round, it's all good to me.  Glad I allowed two songs from them too.

Listening is well underway and I'll probably aim for Sunday night my time to reveal results, once again.  If I get time I might even post them Saturday morning, but I doubt it.  These groups of songs need more time and listens and are less direct so is going to be more difficult to score.  Mostly quality again where the highs could get as high as round 1 high, but I must warn you, the lows are going to be way lower.

that just makes it more likely it's Oceans of Slumber since they have two albums and the first is nooooooot as good by a long shot

That could mean it's a band with only one album, aband that recently released a new one or band that has a clear fan-favourite album. Or it's a coincidence.

Another juicy piece of information;

The band that I have two songs from, one could possibly be my fav song of the round.  It's battling it out with another song but that song is from a different band.

Almanac has to be Brent... he's used them twice recently already.

Glass Mind - Bolsters?
Iris Divine - Tim... damn, scratch that one off my list.
IQ - RJ + Mason.
Though... OO could be Mason too.
Armoured Saint - JJ

I'd be very surprised if it's my band that's doubled up.
