The only one thing I will say at this stage on the round is that so far, there is one song here that is head and shoulders above the rest.

Giddy up!

I think I jumped the gun with the one song being head and shoulders above the rest. While it's still the best song of the round, the gap isn't as big as initially thought after more listens. Aiming for results Thursday. Maybe through the day, but probably Thursday night.

Right, here's some thoughts on the songs;

certainly need to hear the whole album I think for this song to fully show what it's worth.

Things kick in nicely and again this is I must say a safe entry

The harsher vocals were unexpected but a nice twist in the song too.

This didn't hit me right away and surprisingly was a grower considering the style

Even though the chorus was catchy, it got a bit annoying the more I listened to it

I love the chours, quite modern sounding in the riffing and just great metal

For what it is, I can enjoy it but I think I have to be in the mood for stuff like this these days

I'm glad I changed the bonus point from a full point to half a point as I don't like things being rated higher than a 10

Yeah, same. I think mine is either about the harsher vocals or the one about catchy but annoying chorus.
