God Is An Astronaut - Getting A Star

How ironic it would be if this song got no star whatsoever :lol

I bet it's not, but it was just too good an opportunity to miss.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

You got mine correct though, impressive guess, even I could barely make it out.

Evermind sent After the Burial!!! Hype ( it's probably After Forever or something but that sounds less fun)

Wow, nice. Luckily it was from Act IV. I don't know any track names from other acts, and I remember like half of track names from Act IV only because I was reading about the album on Wikipedia when you sent me The Bitter Suite IV and V. :lol

Next week is a salary week... maybe I'll be able to find Act III or IV in the local record store. Not holding my breath for it though.

Bolsters warned me TDH left a bad impression on him and I still went through with it :lol silly me, I've probably gone too far this time. I still stick by my "this band has something for everyone" statement though, but because of my poort judgement in Bolsters' taste in past rounds I think I should be less confident in this song than I am right now.

Crap... I thought After Forever would've made the banned list.   Cry With A Smile.

I was going to guess the second to last to be Anubis, but I don't think the song title fits anything.  I certainly hope it's John Mitchell, not Joni Mitchell.   If it's the latter ... :o  I would've guessed the second one to be Saxon if Tim was playing here - and if Spencer hadn't already admitted it was his.

Maybe you should've actually checked the banned list, then? :P

Why?

I had that lined up for next round - asked about it this round but changed my mind at the last minute.

Why?

No reason I guess.  I just finished reading the Neil Young writeups, and Joni is another 'out-there' Canadian singer-songwriter that I consider in the same class as Young.  But, this isn't Ruslan's roulette, so if it is Joni, it might do just fine here.

Arena - Spurred Horses
Savory Bandit - Hanged by Earrings
Guns as Garments - Yo Yo Girl Stand By Me (going with Splent on this one :lol )
John Mitchell - Blue (I wanted to write "Blur" first but the last letter is obviously "e". I'm also reasonably sure it's not .

If you're getting at the fact there is "t" after "rme" on the pic, I noticed it. I just liked what splent suggested a lot. "Guns as Garments" made me laugh hard. :lol

If you're getting at something else, I'm clueless.

What I'm getting at is that Splent admitted the second on the list was his; you guessed that the third on the list was his.

But now I realize that you're "going" with splent in the sense that you "agree" with him as opposed to guessing that this is his song.

Paying attention:  I suck at it.
