I remember being really, really excited when William Refrigerator Perry lined up in the backfield at the goal line in SB20. Was the whole nation waiting for that?

I remember starting my viewing of SB48 with the Seahawks already up 2-0.

I remember having a very bad feeling that Brady was going to march down the field and score at the end of SB49. I felt amazed at Kearse made that crazy catch going the other way, and then having that same WTF ARE YOU DOING THROWING A PASS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD at the end that the rest of the city had.

1. Elway's helicopter run in SB 32
2. The 4th down stop at the end of the game in SB 32
3. Ed McCaffrey destroying that Packer with a block on Howard Griffith's catch on the game-winning drive in SB32
4. Terrell Davis scoring the winning touchdown in SB 32
5. Rod Smith's 80-yard TD catch in SB33
6. Isaac Bruce's game-winning TD catch in SB 34
7. Mike Jones tackling Kevin Dyson at the 1 on the last play of SB 34
8. Larry Fitzgerald's go-ahead touchdown catch late in SB 43
9. The Tyree catch
10. The Malcolm Butler INT

Those are the first 10 plays that came to mind.

I'll give you one for now.  It was 2002 and I was a season ticket holder for the Pats. I was at the Pats/Rams game but in the parking lot. I was having shock wave pains in my lymph nodes.   I listened to the game in the car in pain. The Rams were a juggernaut and the Pats played a tough game but lost a close game.

Fast forward to the Super Bowl.   9/11 happened, U2 had an incredible half time show.  The Pats were playing one hell of a game against "The Greatest Show On Turf".  I was in the middle of my chemo treatments and my doctor allowed me to have a few beers.

I was physically tired, bald, drained but being with my friends, sharing that moment when Adam hit that game winning field goal and that moment lifted my spirits through a troubling time.  I never thought I'd see the Pats win a Superbowl.

Great story King. I felt similarly about never seeing the Hawks win one. Having spent my whole life in the Seattle area, you don't exactly get accustomed to winning championships. I was 3 win the Sonics won in 1979. And I ain't holding my breath on the Mariners.

For the Janet Jackson Superbowl, I wasn't feeling well, so I took a nap during halftime. When I started watching the second half, I got a message from my friend "Did you see Janet Jackson's tit?" I thought "What the hell did I miss?!"

#3:  Ravens survive the blackout and the 4th down 49er try in the endzone.

Never should have come to this.  Score, 31-29, Ravens' ball, 3rd and goal at the 4, Flacco rolls out of bounds, gets hit two yards OB at the one.....and..........that's it.  4th and goal at the one, have to kick the FG to go up 34-29.  Had it been Brady, it would have been 1st and goal, and the tackler ejected.

Oh....that last 49er drive.  All passes inside the 5.  oyyyyyyyyyy  frickinnnnnnnnn vey.................
What a frickin hellish 38 or so minutes that was for us home fans.

#5:  The Bills lose to Dallas in their long awaited rematch for SB XXVIII, 30-13.

I win the first and second quarter squares, totaling $500.  I get back together with my wife after a brief separation, the hot tub on my apartment deck is a hit for the 12+ guests and those who live at my apartment.  I smartly take the next day off as vacation.  I cook up omelettes and pancakes,  and drink Bloody Marys for hours into the afternoon the next day.

I still hate the Cowboys.

And every year I get hosed on my numbers. Holding on to 8-2 this year, whoo hoo!!!

(I did get final score five years ago for 400 bones, so I shouldn't complain)

All 10 would involve Super Bowl 48.    #1 would probably be the failed snap at the beginning of the game.   I had a feeling right then and there that things were going to go our way...but I would never have anticipated just how well.

#8:  this should be Number One...except for

Eagles-Raiders, SB XV

So unique:  my fraternity house at Central Michigan University.  We knocked out the adjoining wall between our apartment and the girls next door months before.
For the Super Bowl, we set up 'bleachers'....four sets of couches in ascending levels, used wooden platforms, cement blocks, etc.
Must have had 75+ in attendance.  Kegs at the ready.  And my parents stopped by unexpectedly. [ooooops]
ohmygoodness...............found out my Mom loved it.
