My wife and I saw this movie yesterday, and wow is it good. Deserves the recognition it has recieved already.

I saw it a couple of months ago and really liked it. A pretty interesting (and fairly accurate, according to my journalist family members) depiction of the investigation of the Catholic priest sex abuse cases.

Great movie and well worth the praise it is getting. I still think The Revenant is the one to beat. Spotlight as a cast is a close tie with The Big Short this year.

This was a very powerful movie, with a great cast, great writing. I do think it will win Best Picture at the Oscars.
The end credits where they show all the real case locations I do believe it was every state in Australia and most of America.
