My eldest granddaughter will be getting her Learner's Permit next September. She's already asking if she can borrow Nana's car when the time comes.  :lol

Old, schmold. Age is just a word and a number, not a guideline or a death sentence.

I'll echo that (probably easy for me to say since I'm only 35 ).  My 70-yr-old mother and I traveled across Israel and Jordan for 14-days... she certainly didn't act or feel old (from what I could see).  It's just a number, a way to pass time.

Speaking of Time, I understand those lyrics much better now than I did 10-years ago.  I think that starting gun misfired in my case.
"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter; Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."  Ecclesiastes 12:13

Now with Twitler taking a high end steak of this caliber and insulting the cow that died for it by having it well done just shows zero respect for the product, which falls right in line with the amount of respect he shows for pretty much everything else.- Lonestar

But that's just it.   Debra is right, but it's all perspective.    I'm 48, and I feel like I'm 27.  Seriously.  But the fact that I am not 27l, or even 37, gets thrown in my face every single day when I watch my daughter growing as if in a time-lapse photo montage.

The whole point is, enjoy it all in the moment, because it goes faster than you can imagine.

My youngest turned 13 this past weekend.

My stepson will be 26 in a few weeks. I goof with The Lovely Mrs. TAC that while she was in labor, I was attending Alice Cooper's Trash tour in Springfield.  :metal

would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

My 30 year old niece is having a boy.  Her younger brother who is 27 has 2 girls.  I feel old all the time.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Think about them now so you will have some dough when you ARE old.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
