I'm definitely going to revisit it in a few months, despite not being a style I'm in love with :P

Screw this, you're getting this song I thought of. Better to stick with your first choices, or so I hope at least. It's better than sikTh anyway :lol

Bath is better than Leaving Your Body Map, I think.

So all entries are in, nice! Except results this Sunday, or Monday at most. I will start relistening previous rounds as well, so although this round may take a little longer, I think it'll be worth for those with lower scores, and I hope some ties will be broken before Finals.

As in, you might re-evaluate previous scores? (Otherwise, what difference can it make?)

Not that I have an issue with it, just wondering.

Yes, but I'll only sum points, for I feel it'd be a bit unfair to take some away - that's why when in doubt, I decided to go with lower scores in case I regretted.

So you're going to listen to all the songs from previous rounds (120)? Or just the ones you had second thoughts about while scoring.

Half of them now, and the other half after round 9 results but before round 10 results.

For the first time in this roulette I'm gonna shuffle the 'Best of' playlist for a while, should be interesting.

.. aand what do you know, two out of the first three songs to come up are my songs, great playlist so far!

Not really, since the album isn't on Spotify, only the reissue of Come Waering (which features a new, fantastic cover  :o )

I'm still keeping it to 10 for.my next roulette, that's the sweet spot for me. Thinking 8 rounds, eliminate half, epic round, eliminate two more, ep.round with the top 3. we'll see tho this won't be for like another year  :lol

I could probably scale that up to 12 people if I wanted tho

I'll do 10-12, but I'm not sure I'll get that many :lol

Most likely so. Most regular roulette participants atm are addicted so they will join any roulette that comes up, I'm pretty guilty of that aswell. I got my 12 participants in no time for my roulette and I was a complete stranger. :lol

So I've just finished first listening, and... gosh this round is so underwhelming  :lol

Like, there's one or two standouts, but overall it feels like a weak round. It's just a first impression, and I wouldn't trust it much, but I really hope some of these songs grow on me because otherwise this would be the worst round so far. And the top 5 might get shaken up a bit  :corn

By the way, I also started doing relistens, and some of you will be pretty happy

I'd say my song for this round needs at least five listens to appreciate it. Until you know and memorize and accept the vocal melodies, it might seem very underwhelming, but when you do, it becomes really brilliant.

Of course, this is a Sacul's roulette, so I'm probably getting 2/5 anyway.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

Sacul, I already wrote your writeup for my song, so you can just use this instead of having to write one:

You said that maybe I would like this. You were right. I didn't like it. +2/5.
And if spirit's a sign,
Then it's only a matter of time

I have no idea what I sent.

Did I send anything? I hope I sent something.

edit: Oh wait I just remembered. Yeah, mine might be one of the ones Sacul doesn't like, I could definitely see that.

I know I'm one of the underwhelming ones, I definitely should have gone with something else from the album. :\
