What kind of underwear?

This applies to the guys of DTF, but if the women have any insight, feel free to chime in. What kind of underwear does the best job of not crushing your scrotum? I typically wear boxers and this has never been an issue, but lately I've had some pain down in that region and sitting at my desk is quite painful. I'm open to all suggestions.

I use boxers, some of them are tighter than others but lately whenever I purchase them I try to make sure they're neither too tight or too loose.

You should contemplate the possibility of asking a doctor if maybe the boxers are not the problem  ;)

Appointment is scheduled and I'm not implying the boxers are causing the pain. That being said, they sure don't help matters any by squeezing my nuts.

That picture pretty much sums it up, but ultimately Boxer-briefs are just that, a combination of the two underwear styles. Form fitting like briefs, but longer down the leg like a pair of boxers.

I haven't worn anything other than boxers since I was about 9 or 10 years old. I don't like anything too tight, I need room to breathe down there  :lol

I always felt like a complete douchefuck wearing whitey tideys even as a kid and when I was old enough to care about girls they started doing that shit where I'd shift while sitting down or getting up or lying down and they'd give my gonads a pinch and then my day was ruined (or at least a part of it, depending on the severity of the FUCKING LOBSTER-LIKE VICE GRIP). Then boxers made me feel like I was wearing shorts underneath my shorts/pants and get all scrunched up.

Then these wonderful things came along and changed my life.

I would too probably. It sucks when society's expectations get in the way of simple things, like comfort.

I also have a kilt. I've taken flack from my boss for wearing a flannel jacket into the office. Something tells me that sitting in a meeting room while wearing a kilt won't go over too well.

Also, in the event anyone was thinking about my balls, I got them checked this morning. The doctor (male) was very thorough. All seems good down there and the pain is being caused by back and sciatica related issues.
