Drinking Reyka tonight. A vodka from Iceland that’s new to me. Very good!

So, my girl wanted to take me to a winery last Sat night because she got a good deal on Groupon.  Pretty cool.  Tasted an interesting variety of wines for a decent price.  Once that was done, we happened to be in old town Scottsdale (AZ) and walked around looking for places to drink.  First place, I ordered a rum & coke.  Small plastic cup.  7 bucks and weak as all fuck.  Next???  We stop at another dive with some country band (they were pretty good).  Rum & coke in a glass.  6 bucks and a little stronger but not much.  "Ok babe, we're outta here."  Let's go home and make some real drinks at a fraction of the cost."  Yeah baby!!  We watched DT's BTFW on Blu-Ray and she loved it!

Well, thanks guys.  I wouldn't call it amazing but I've been pretty fortunate considering the last 3 years have been very difficult.  Making up for lost time and counting blessings.

Should of had a drink before getting on this flight. Sitting on the tarmac is so frustrating.

I always have a ritual of having a drink before a flight unless the flight is in the morning.

In. Had four glasses of Merlot. Nothing beats wine drunk. I’m actually calm which is a rare thing for me. I feel like I can take on the world. There’s a few reasons why wine is my favorite thing to drink and that feeling of relaxation is the biggest one.
