Just got a case of the beer my brother and I brewed in honor of my mom. Ann Marie 2017 is a German Helles is so damn good. I am so proud of this beer and a great way to honor my mom who is on the label.

So there was sort of a chain reaction that led to me getting very drunk tonight. A few of my friends are in a cover band. Their bassist is quitting and I’m auditioning to be his replacement. They were playing at a bar tonight, and I went so I can familiarize myself with their sets. The bar was extremely crowded due to the Yankees game and I’m claustrophobic. I couldn’t deal with my phobia without alcohol. So here I am at 3:30 in the morning drunk off of tequila.

In. Having a red bull in vodka, waking my ass up for 311 tonight in NY (not the city, but up near Connecticut). Burned some vacation tomorrow that I needed to use before the end of the year and made this concert happen for me sort of last minute when trying to figure out my work vacation scenario last week. Really pumped for this tonight, 5th time this year and they played some really crazy and rare songs the other night in lieu of some of the hits so I expect them to play those hits tonight in lieu of other hits so they can play some more rare stuff.

I've got the cider and honey whiskey before which is delish but never the vodka and cider route. Cinnamon seems like it would work well although those flavor vodkas always make me sick.
