 I would not recommend "buying" it, check the torrent sites as it is likely listed somewhere for free as it should be.

Since you seem to be new to this, here's some advice: Don't buy unofficial bootlegs.

I don't know if illegal because as far as I know the bootlegs (except the official ones) aren't trademarked as such, but wrong nevertheless.

If they're silverdiscs is normal for people to sell them since they were printed by some indie company. Still you can get them in the hub or dime.
