One thing I'll add about the death of penmanship is the indirect death of spelling. I'm a huge culprit of that. I've never been a good speller anyway, and now I'm pretty highly dependent on realtime spellchecking. If I had to write out some of the posts I make here, it'd either take ages for all of the reference time, or be riddled with spelling errors and people would think I was stoopid.

I was up at 6:30 this morning, but only because my wife woke me up getting dressed to take my daughter somewhere. I do usually get up by 7:00 or 7:30 anyway to hit the bathroom, but what I do is I go ahead and eat breakfast, watch the news, then go back to bed. With some food in my belly and biological functions taken care of, I can sleep some more.

After I went back to bed, I slept until 1:00 this afternoon. Yeah, baby!

tried Melatonin worked for a bit, but didn't keep me asleep, still woke up throughout the night

Falling asleep isnt my problem, its staying asleep. Had sleep studies done a few years ago.

Found I have moderate/severe sleep apnea. They said surgery wasn't an option, wanted to fit me with a C-Pap mask, but hated it during the study, I am a side sleeper and kept knocking the mask off when i rolled to either side

I have a C-Pap machine as well and I am a stomach sleeper. it took me a while to figure out a good position but the mask is worth it. I would give it another shot and it might take you a bit but you've got to try.

So, I torqued my neck in my sleep somehow yesterday. Still frickin hurts like a sumbitch, but at least I can turn my neck without almost screaming in pain. $:-\$

And I remember bouncing back from shit like this in my 20s like it was no big deal.
