Anybody else using Untappd? For those not in the know, it's a social media/beer tracking app, for lack of a better term. Basically, every time you try a new beer (or any beer, really), you "check in" the beer, rate it on a 5-star scale, leave a comment and/or take a picture if you like, and can also check in a location (via a link to the Foursquare app). You can post your check-ins to Twitter and Facebook.
I use it so that any time I'm out somewhere and there's something I don't recognize, I search it in Untappd. In the list of results, any you've checked in have a little star in the corner. Then I know whether or not I've already tried something. In about 2.5 years on Untappd, I've tried about 295 unique beers, which is pretty minimal, I think. There are plenty of people I'm friends with who dwarf that regularly.
Anybody that's using it that I'm not already friends with can find me there as "guitarcozmo". Anyone who's a beer fanatic and not already using it, give it a try and see what you think.
