General TV Talk / Recommendations

Just thought a thread that wasn't specifically dedicated to one show or topic might be useful in this sub-forum. Who knows....maybe not.

Wanted to say that if anyone did not watch '12 Monkeys' on SyFy I highly recommend it. It's obviously based off the Movie of the same name but IMO other than character names and an occasion or two....they are two completely different entities and I actually like the series better. Outside of 'Continuum'....it's a show that deals with time travel really well. It's thought out and honestly I'm bummed the first season is over and I have to wait until next year for it to come back on because every episode was worth the watch and had me wanting more.

I'll second 12 Monkeys.  I just watched the finale over the weekend.  This show had me from the first minute.  One of my favorite new shows in recent years.

Watch The Guild on Netflix. It's 6 episodes long at an hour an a half a piece. It's hysterical.

Started watching Fortitude, not the most solid first episode but I give it a few episodes.
