Clearly based on Liam Gallagher. :lol

I'm a bit tired of Sacha Baron Cohen now too.

A local theater is showing Dark City on Friday and I think I'm gonna go to that! Have only seen that once on a laptop, so big screen would be cool.

What a great movie. Plus Jennifer Connelly looked amazing.

My brother will fight you to the death for her. :lol

 :lol Challenge accepted.

I remember seeing her for the first time when Labyrinth came out. My parents took us to see it in the theater. It's still one of my favorite movies.

I agree with you about the majority of his movies now.

However, I'll never get tired of Borat lol

I obviously watched it for Alexandra Daddario, but that is really all it's worth. Typical cheesy, unoriginal zombie movie. With the exception of a select few, zombie movies have never been my thing. I'd rather watch a nice slasher film. It usually surprises people when they discover I'm not a zombie fan. I guess it's assumed that horror fans usually like zombie movies.

Alien movies are another group of movies that I just get bored with, unless you're doing a brilliant comedic film like Mars Attacks.

I just saw your post now. It was by the same guy who did The Burbs and the two Gremlins movies. This one wasn't even in the same ballpark.

Joe Dante.

Also did Innerspace - one of the best 80s movies. Also did " Explorers " - which I wasn't too keen on.

The Big Short.

Great acting and well made movie, the 4th wall explanations were hilarious. Though it's listed as a comedy, I found it to be a dramatic tragedy. Very well edited movie, and the metal song selection were pretty good.

Kotowboy suggested that one to me a little while ago. It was terrible.
But he also recommended Source Code, which was pretty good, so that almost cancels it out.

I don't remember liking Innerspace that much either. I remember it came out the same time as Spaceballs and my brother and I were fighting over which movie to see. I wanted to see Spaceballs and he wanted to see Innerspace. But he only wanted to see Innerspace to be contrary. We saw neither.  :lol

Source Code looks good, though. I'd like to check that one out.

Innerspace is 100x better than Spaceballs.

Innerspace won an Oscar for it's visual effects and Spaceballs has aged terribly.

I managed to get through all of Innerspace, so I agree it's much better, but that's not saying much for me. :lol

I thought Innerspace was fun.  Absurd, pseudo-sci-fi premise leading to a comedic version of Fantastic Voyage, kinda, but with Robert Picardo.  Everything is better with Robert Picardo.

Women love me.  But... you knew that.

"I see your Schwartz is as big as mine" has to count as a dick joke.  Come on.  Especially the, um, hand placement.

I mean, it's funny, but it's a dick joke.  Mel Brooks humor is generally lowball.  Nothing wrong with that; I love me some Mel Brooks.  But call it what it is.

Plus that face changing scene.

THAT FACE CHANGING SCENE.

I didn't ask for your help.

But since I have your attention, I was reading one of my hacking books and they were talking about memory registers. They mentioned something called a blob.  :lol

I haven't seen Real Genius yet, but I'm all about the Weird Science. It was even released on the day I was born. It was fate. :blob:

And it turns out Real Genius was released less than a week later. :metal
