Nationals are playing very disappointing baseball. Today saw them swept by the Marlins. Too many errors and not enough hits. Probably low confidence in the dugout too.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Has this ever happened before in baseball?

The Baltimore Orioles announced Tuesday that the team's Wednesday game against the Chicago White Sox will be closed to the public. So basically, they are going to be playing in front of an empty stadium.

hey, i'm a sox fan. it's just that the offense jumped out, and then you know, the pitching caught up, and now they give up 10+ runs all the time.

As of right now he leads the majors in runs, walks, slugging pct, and a bunch of other categories. Hope he can make it through the year without getting hurt.

My Rays lost two of our three best starting pitchers, including our ace who is gone for the season. We have another key starting pitcher who isn't back yet from Tommy John last year, and another starter who just got back from injury a couple of weeks ago. We have literally played parts of this season with a rotation of just three real starting pitchers, one of whom is a rookie. We just now got our closer from last season back. We lost our DH, who was supposed to be one of our best bats, in the first game of the season—he's still not back. We have a fraction of the payroll of a lot of other teams (1/3 the payroll of the New York Yankees; the top four hitters in their lineup make more than our entire team). And a first year manager.

And tonight we're sitting tied for first in the AL East a quarter of the way in. I'm pretty happy with things so far.

I want your opinion: a guy in my league offerd me braun and jhony peralta for J.Zimmerman and alexei ramirez.
My pitching pretty dominate: Scherzer, mcChugh,Teheran, syndengaard Hammel and Paxton but my hitting is only average my OF are Reddick, Castillo(NA yet), Blackmon Heyward A.Garcia and Polanco.

should i make the trade?

He should be allowed back into baseball just so the all time hits leader can get into the Hall of Fame. I couldn't care less about the whole gambling thing.

You should care a lot, if you are at all a fan of competitive sports.
