We had a safety meeting at my job today, and the APM mentioned she might order shirts for whoever wants them, in order to promote safety. As much as I would love to see something like Carol and her safety goggles, most people wouldn't get it. I'm probably going to brainstorm for a bit, but I'd love to see some ideas, whether it's a description, MSPaint drawing, whatever.

In our office it's a closed door post-5PM Friday gathering with lots of booze. One of the new kids got convinced it was an actual safety meeting and came into the room in hard hat, glasses, vest, and steel toed boots.
