Subsignal - The Beacons Of Somewhere Sometime (Oct 31)

Still a shit-ton that are rumoured for this year (and either currently recording or mixing), but no official dates.

Angra - Secret Garden (May 12th... though it was supposedly released earlier in the year in other parts of the world)
