This one will probably be somewhat controversial, because a lot of you don't like this album at all.

But there ARE a few of us who WILL defend it...

...so WHICH of these songs do YOU think is MOST worthy of your vindication?

That's one false assumption. Falling into Infinity is pretty much loved a lot around here

I wouldn't say it's universal, but it luckily does seem to have a better reputation than it used to. It's one of my absolute favourites.

Tough call between LITS and TOT for me.

First of all, Falling Into Infinity is a great album. Fair enough, it took me a LONG time to finally appreciate it for what it is (approx. 10 years) but I actually really like it now.

Trial of Tears wins by a huge margin for me. I also love Hell's Kitchen, that would be a close second.

If Raise the Knife had been included on the album, I might have had to go with that one instead...

This. They are 2 DT songs that have really grown on me over the years, as has the album as a whole. But there are too many average or poor songs on the album to make it among my favourites by DT.

Peruvian Skies is fairly close behind.

I've still been listening to ToT to try to will myself to like it. No luck so far though

I won't ever say it's impossible for me to like ToT, as I used to think The Count of Tuscany was an average song, and grew to love it after giving it more of a chance (thanks to DTF!).

Actually surprised ToT isn't winning by a landslide, it always seemed the most universally liked. Can't say I'm not happy LITS is winning though

Especially with that killer live version we got on BTFW. Mangini really upgraded the drum parts and JLB pulled off an incredible performance. The "hidden by disguise" section was already one of my all time favorite DT vocal moments and I never expected James to change up such an emblematic part, but the melody he came up with is even better than the original. My jaw dropped.

Trial of Tears and it's not even close. I listen to Falling Into Infinity just for Trial of Tears. The rest is ok, but Trial of Tears is top 20 material.
