Check this chick out!

https://bravewords.com/news/jinjer-launch-official-live-video-for-cloud-factory

Can I ask why you felt the need to post this Tim?

 :lol

I seriously don’t have no good answer.

On one hand, she is smoking, but that voice

I think the phrase “on one hand” tells us all we need to know  ::)

Second listen to the Voodoo Circle was better. Some great stuff on it, but would be so much better without the stolen riffs. When they don’t do that, they have some excellent stuff. Enjoyed the singer more this time round.

Listened to the new album by Emir Hot. The lyrics are not English which makes things more difficult to love, but I really enjoyed it.

Only ones I can't comment on are the AS and F&J but the rest are amazing.

This whole news with Tipton has me on a Priest binge too, rediscovering all the old stuff.  Chucked Metal Works on in the car for a good collection of Priest heavy metal!!

Kade, the Armored Saint is my take off music. As soon as the plane starts down the runway, I blast Raising Fear.

Armored Saint...Joey Vera is ridiculous on this album
Accept- Excellent album, but have they not released the same album 4 times in a row?
Saxon-The album that got me back into them
Megadeth- I see some may rate this fairly low, but this is easily my fave. In My Darkest Hour and Mary Jane are 2 of my top 3 Mega tracks.
Slayer-As I said, the greatest metal air drumming album.
F&J-Way underrated thrash album. A TAC Favorite.
Judas Priest-Rob's best album.

Here's a shot from the TACation. (Animal Kingdom at Disney World)

Nice Tim!

You're right about the last 4 Accept albums! All of them are great, but they are pretty interchangeable. But I don't really have a problem with that lol.

If you got back into Saxon with Lionheart, where did you lose them for awhile?

I agree with Painkiller being Halfords best vocal performance of his career. He is just on fire with that album.

I've never been much of a Slayer fan, if you want to talk about a band that sounds samey, that's one band that comes to mind. The title track to that album is very good though. I saw them live once and I spent most of the time just watching all the loogans beating the snot out of each other in the mosh pit from the safety of the stands lol. Megadeth opened and they were kick ass!

Don't know a lot about F&J but really liked what I heard from that latest album last year!

And Armored Saint is all kinds of awesome!!!

I bought Innocence Is No Excuse when it came out. I didn’t like it. A lot of bands wimped out at that time. I did see them in a club in 1987 I think. I just lost touch with them after that. I think I read a review of Lionheart and blind bought it. Been re-hooked ever since.

Jaded Heart single - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lo9gsg-WQlI&feature=youtu.be

I'm going to lean towards the TAC end of things, that this sucks.

See.... this is why I don't like listening to singles and having expectations lowered before the whole album drops.

I have a couple of Jaded Heart albums but nothing from them has really excited me at all.  I find them pretty bland and generic.

New Gus G album on April 20.  This time with Dennis Ward on vox, could be interesting.  I liked his first one a lot but the second solo album was very very average.

Just got through the "new" Voodoo Circle  - pleasant enough listen but no real desire to return any time soon.

When it finished it ticked over to the opening track off Whiskey Fingers and I thought WTF - it's repeating?  Nah - the riff of the opening track on the new album is almost exactly the same as the opener on that album which is almost the same as Bad Boys  :lol

And am I missing something, but does Herbie sound like a dead ringer for Jorn on a few tracks?  I tried to find out if Jorn was doing any of the vocals, but couldn't find info confirming that.

None-the-less, I really dug it.

Well it's the same band, did they just copy and paste a track from the last Jorn record?  Wouldn't surprise me.

Is that 4 specific albums Brent or like a 4 disc random compilation?

Since Glen's news I've been on a Priest binge, feels so good I could explode.  Ben knows what the fuck is up.

A compilation Kade - more intended as a "best of" than random I'd imagine.   I checked the tracklist first of course..........missing quite a few tracks I'd prefer on there but not a bad deal for $20.

Pretty solid mate, strange that they didn't fill up the cd's more though.  And yet another compilation completely ignoring the Ripper stuff, but thats no surprise.

JB are selling a 5 album in cardboard sleeve set for $21.99.
Has Sin/Steel/Turbo/Ram/Angel all remastered with bonus tracks.
I picked it up as I didn't have any JP albums in my collection.

I just listened for the first time probably since the late 90's, Van Halen's "How Many Say I" from VH3.

This song is just pure tripe and has to Van Halen's worst song in their entire discography.

Serves you right for putting that album in. It's the Frquency Unknown of VH albums.

Was just listening to some Van Halen songs on youtube and it included this hunk of shit.

One I Want, Without You and Fire in the Hole are decent from that album, but that was it.

EVH singing it was a mistake, but I don't think it's that bad. The music is quite nice.  I just think EVH's vocals do not help its cause.
