For a couple that haven't been mentioned...

Star One - Live On Earth (got mine autographed by Floor).  It's a bit of a piecemeal effort, but great performance and great atmosphere triumph here.
Evergrey - A Night To Remember
Page/Plant - UnLedded.  Ok, maybe I'm biased, but a 15 year reunion effort like this.

And I'm stunned no one's mentioned Operation:Livecrime.
That's a word salad - and take it from me, I know word salad

I love this one. What I really like is that they dind't try to make the songs sound like Zeppelin but they give a twist to them, and sounds amazing. Also, that clip of them playing in the streets a song which name I can't remember is awesome.
Celebration Day by Zepp is beautiful and emotive  :metal

Some of my favourite one's:

-Blind Guardian: Imaginations Trough The looking Glass (great atmosphere, fantastic audience, great performance and great setlist)
-Kayak: The Anniversary Box (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xy2JMXkaKUw seriously overlooked imo)
-Iced Earth: Alive in Athens (best IE recording and Barlow kicking ass in his best shape)
-Star One: Live on Earth (very small production  but a lot of fun with some great artists and a good/fun setlist)
-Nightwish: From Wishes To Eternity (Tarja at her a-game and early and energetic Nightwish, alltough I prefer Wacken 013 in terms of vocals)
-DGM: Synthesis (just kickass progmetal)
-Transatlantic: The Whirlwhind Live (fantastic concert and recording)
-Opeth: The Roundhouse Tapes (Mikeal in perfect shape and a great atmosphere)
-Damian Wilson Band: Cheers Lads! 20 years of Avoiding a Job (I love his voice and it is a great singer/songwriter recording)

I still have yet to watch the whole thing yet, but agree with everything you said regardless.

Pink Floyd - Live at Pompeii
Pink Floyd - Pulse

Joe Satriani - Live in San Francisco
Joe Satriani - Satchurated: Live in Montreal

G3's DVD's (the ones with Eric Johnson and John Petrucci are my favorites)

Ozric Tentacles - Live at the Pongmaster's Ball

AC/DC - Live at River Plate

Between the Buried and Me - Colors Live (don't like it much these days, but I used to watch this quite often, it's a good performance)

Snarky Puppy - We Like it Here (instrumental jazz / progressive rock / funk ensemble of the highest order). Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuhHU_BZXSk

Metallica - S&M

Led Zeppelin - DVD

Jimi Hendrix - Live at Monterey (blu-ray) - I watched this last night and the sound quality is incredible. A must see if you're even remotely interested in Jimi Hendrix

John Mayer - Where the Light Is

It's not a secret that Porcupine Tree's concert registrations are brilliant. Also really like Evergrey's DVD.
Not 'Down To F***', but 'Dream Theater Forums' .
