I just finished Nietzsche in 90 minutes by Paul Strathern.  I don't think I learned a damn thing about him except that he went insane and was friends with composer Richard Wagner.

I could have told you that in less than 90 minutes.  ;)

Finished up with Baldacci for a spell. I'm about a third of the way through Warlock Holmes: A Study in Brimstone. Thanks for the recommendation,  Hef. I'm really enjoying it so far!

Finally done Blood Meridian. That was...interesting.

Reading Since We Fell, by Dennis Lehane, and loving it so far. Lehane is one of my absolute favourites.

Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Currently working on The Daily Show (The Book): An Oral History, which is proving to be a pretty good read. Lots of info from Stewart, Colbert, Carell, as well as the rest of the correspondents and a bunch of guests, writers, and backstage people. They do also have occasional commentary from people like Tucker Carlson or people who were interviewed in their field reports.
Photobucket sucks.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, by Stieg Larsson.

Dragon Teeth was not good. There was a reason why Michael Crichton wrote it years before Jurassic Park (or any book afterward) and never released it. But Crichton's widow must've been hurtin' for some cash. Anyway, I'm a big Michael Crichton fan, but this book kinda stunk.
