Awesome, Nem! Great questions and interesting answers.

I also really like that he names I&W as his favourite DT album :D

Looking forward to the next part.
Zydar is my new hero.  I just laughed so hard I nearly shat.

Um...why does my copy of Pull Me Under the interview cut off suddenly at the end?  ???

Of course, having the first minute plus be clips with Illumination Theory playing made me want to listen to the whole song. :lol

Hmm, not much new there. Cool that a member got to interview him though. Why does music start blairing over James mid sentence? Did it end there or did he just say something he wanted to take back?

Great interview. I'd expect Lady Obscure to share it with us herself.

Fair point TheGreatPretender .. Truth is, I lost all my confidence on the forums after a trolling war against me.... and I HAD to leave... Remember the colours anyone?
But anyway.... it's great to see that there still is some support from you guys....
Thanks .. from the bottom of my heart....it means a world!  :heart

OMG :rollin

Now the story is... my camera stops recording every 15 minutes and I ususally remember to put it back on... Not in this case though...
Although I kinda look composed in the video, deep down I totally lost my cool  :lol
I forgot to ask one of the most important questions and couldn't ask the rest the way I rehearsed them million times .. hahahaha  :lol
The man is impressive as hell... Dang!!!!!
You think it's easy to look your idol in the eyes and act normal? Well let me tell ya... it's not!!!!

And I could maybe do better if he didn't say 'finally' when he first met....  :omg:

Anyway.. I don't have the rest of the video but thankfully Eren Başbuğ does.... When he sends the recording over, I will edit the rest and share....
Again.. Thanks for the kind words.... Much appreciated!

A trolling war against you? That's horrible, I wish I had known, I would have tried to defend you, although my moral authority here is very limited. Will you come back, sooner or later?

Also, great interview! I'm sure James could feel the excitement that is so obvious in your eyes and in your overall demeanor. He must have been delighted to be interview by someone who actually cares for the band, for a change! :)

AWESOME interview Nem!!!!  So nice to see a real fan getting to do something like this.  I must say to, that he seems more relaxed with you than he is with typical media type interviewers.   With most of them he's usually on guard and in return we get more "Canned" answers and responses.  He seems like he really enjoyed chatting with you and is more forthcoming and open.  Well done!  :hat

I liked the question about singing others' lyrics, too bad the video cut off right there. Hopefully you'll get to share the second part with us soon. :)

I've been extremely busy and haven't had as much time to spend here the last couple of months.  The internet is literally bursting at the seams with "wannabes" who can't accept the success of others side by side with their abject failure to get any further along in life than maybe a high school diploma, and you know flipping burgers and cleaning toilets while living on an old bug-infested couch in Mommy's basement isn't exactly a recipe for success.

Oh, but they're real bad-asses on the internets,  ::)  where they all "play the roll" because in real life they fail.  At everything.

These are people who should be pitied.  Their desperate, hollow, meaningless existence combined with the monotony of pleasuring themselves while viewing bestiality videos online is something that everyone can probably....laugh their balls off about.   ;D

OK, I will be the party pooper here ... I didn't think it was a good interview. To me, a good artist interview tries to keep the artist off-balance, to draw something out of him/her that is not scripted. Most of James' answers were scripted. E.g. the "IAW is my favorite, SFAM too, and the new album as well" was, sorry to say, a wasted interview question.
