Someone gonna go???

Also, any mod that might be following this, can we (eventually) archive these so as they don't get inadvertently deleted?
Anyone can go. If no one jumps by the end of the week, I can start Kansas.

And the threads are safe, jingle.buddy.

As said, I can start the Pain of Salvation one any time, but now I'm not sure whether there would be enough interest in that, with all you people drooling over Zappa, Kansas and IQ :lol
Hey dude slow the fuck down so we can finish together at the same time.

Actually, out of those four I would probably only follow Kansas.

I'd follow the PoS discussion, and give them one last kick at the can.  Zappa interests me about as much as a ghost pepper enema.

I think there is a lot of interest here in Pain of Salvation.  Go ahead, Kansas can percolate a little longer (which would be my preference, anyway).

OK, is anyone ahead of me, or anyone else (RJ with IQ) ready to go?  The only current one happening is Kev's Rush thread, which just ended.

If no one else is ready, I can start Kansas.  I'm not as far ahead as I would have liked, but I guess I'm in a decent spot.

I just started my warm up listening for it, gonna be at least a few weeks for me since there a few albums I haven't spun in ages, and I would like to have my write-ups ready to go before starting.

On a side note, Tales from the Lush Attic is so frikkin killer.

Yeah, me too, but I've got 8 written up so far, so I could conceivably go ahead and start, and finish up the rest sometime in the next 8 weeks lol

Update on my Spock's Beard discussion:
I am *still* going to do this, despite delays and such. I really want to read Neal's Testimony book first, at least, up to where he departs from SB and the Snow sessions, just so I can include his personal insight into the formation and his duration with the band.

I am also delaying myself a bit more so I can start the discussion and time it with the release of the band's 12th album, although at the rate they're going, I'm sure the final album won't be Rich-mixed until later NEXT month (or even March), which means a summer release date...so if I start sooner, I guess I'd have to revive the thread once we finish the discussion on BNADS.

I also want to do another SB Survivor, so I was hoping to time the Survivor to go in tandem with the discussion, so as to encourage people following the thread to participate in the Survivor.

If I get around to read the book soon, I'm hoping to start the discussion and Survivor by the end of the month, which will give me plenty of time to read and start my write-ups for the albums to discuss. Hopefully by then, we'll have more information on the next SB album!

-Marc.

If people will follow and no one else has already offered, I'd like to run through the King Crimson discography.

Add me to the list when you get a chance.  Give me a couple of weeks to get a couple of write ups going though.  King Crimson have so much stuff out there so I want to make sure they get the proper attention in my reviews.

I would get started with Radiohead but I'm on a mandatory work placement that's just eating my life up. (I'd also like to do a Coheed and Cambria one in the future too)
i don't even like dt but i had keyboard and an ipad so what the fuck
Jordan is actually DT's tax advisor. He just happens to do their taxes on stage, that's why he has that iPad there.
