TDS and the Cosmicwxdudes

Good day all!

I have been dabbling in songwriting over the years and have written several during that time.  I'm self taught musician, sang in bands during the 80s, a little guitar keys etc...but today I practice/rehearse/record/write music at home. I link to two songs ive recently recorded with me playing all instruments and a drum machine. I would prefer real drummers, but this is just me at home in the lil studio.  Guitars, bass, strings, piano, voice.

My influences are the likes of Yes and melodic rock of the 70s to today. DT too, but I am not nearly prolific and I really don't write metal songs, but their prog side certainly...  Pink floyd, steve wilson to john denver and glen campbell. I write/play whatever sounds good and comes to me so I don't really try and sound like any of these influences per se.  Usually start with a chord progression then build from there but I like them a bit spacey, dreamy and melodic.

For those that do, thanks for listening;
