Yeah, exactly. That is what made the game so one-sided. 7-1 is a good margin, but doesn't
necessarily imply a one-sided blowout. In context, the game was a lot more one-sided than the score suggests, simply because of the fact that the Giants demoralized the Royals' ace so early in the game on the Royals' home field. That, IMO, may have more far-reaching consequences in the series than the simple "the Giants take game 1 7-1" might otherwise imply.
