Knowing Jackie, and I have for quite some time, her intentions were not disrespectful.  If you read it that way, then you probably don't know her at all.  Yet the irony is you probably know her better than Paul Walker.  Prematurely assuming a poster's intentions in here because you felt the need to "defend the honor" of some stranger is unnecessary.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about Paul Walker.  Who I do feel bad for is his daughter.  People die everyday.  Soldiers die everyday.  I would feel more compelled to mourn their passing than some random Hollywood actor.

Many will say that is harsh, but it is true.

Yeah, I agree.
Obviously I'm gonna be much more upset about someone I know dying than about someone famous who doesn't impact my life. And of course with that level of detachment it's easy to say I find something funny. I'd never say it to his family... and no, I didn't mean it like  ":rollin" but I did kind of chuckle at it. You have to remember you're dealing with a hospice worker whose all-time favorite TV show is Six Feet Under and who wishes she could drive a hearse. You have to be able to laugh about death and all kinds of shit in my line of work  :lol

The only thing I've seen him in was "The Skulls."  I thought he did a great job.  Sucks to lose someone young.

Why even post about those people?  Attention is what they want, so it is better to ignore them and not even bring it up when they pull this crap.

Gotta agree with Kev.  Those people are probably the stupidest MFer's alive.  Why exploit epic stupidity more than it already is?

I think maybe deep down I hope someone on the end of their rope decides to mow a line of them down with a truck or a machine gun.

Before his death, Brain from Family Guy died because of red sport car. And now Brain from F&F died because of it too... What's going on?

So...In The Life Of Brian sequel, Brian will die from a red sports camel?

Sorry, opinion hasn't changed just because people feel they have to walk on eggshells around these subjects. Death can be funny. I didn't say it's funny that he's dead, but I find the way he died funny considering who he is. I really don't feel like I need to justify this any further.
As an aspiring stand-up comedian who also believes death can be funny and that there are no sacred cows: I can think of a million different ways to make it funny in the context of a joke (and not like that horrible WBC shit up there), but you literally said that the way he died was "a bit funny and appropriate". I agree that this doesn't really say anything about you, that it was clear that you didn't have any malicious intent, and that as a whole your post wasn't disrespectful considering you said "RIP" and probably a million other factors I'm not aware of concerning you as a person, but I do have qualms with being adamant about something that clearly, when taken at face value, could be seen as offensive.
