My vote would be for Ice Cube.

Actually, I retract that.  Cube should obviously be cast as Mr. Freeze.  Duh.

They've cast Wonder Woman:

I don't know.  I pictured someone a bit more "robust" for the Amazon warrior woman.  Gal Gadot doesn't look very "super"...She's gonna have to work out.  And eat.

Pretty face, though.

She needs to go on the Christian Bale diet/regime.

it'd be funny if she also tried to talk like him (as Batman)

The original casting back in 2010 (Aussie Megan Gale) was possibly more the big glamazon you're after but questionable acting chops.

I'm not sure how I feel about Wonder Woman being in the film. At this rate, they should just make it a Justice League film. Batman would work in a MAN OF STEEL sequel because both Batman and Superman are relatable, even with differences in how they do things. I know there are rumblings of Flash being this film too...I rather have an easter egg with these folks in the film, or mid-credits sequence, than them being in the actual film

Depends.  If they have a major role, I agree with you.  If it is just a short scene that briefly introduces the characters and sets up their own films, I think it's actually kind of cool.

I don't know.  I will withhold judgement until I see it, but they seem to be bordering on the tried-and-true comic book movie failure device of introducing too many damn characters at once.  And frankly, that looks like it could be a problem for the Spider-Man sequel, as well.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Can't disagree there.  See, Batman #4 and Daredevil.  Spidey's worst from the Original Trilogy was #3, where they had 3 antagonists.  Looks like Amazing Spidey #2 is gonna have 3 antagonists as well.

I think Gina Torres would have been awesome!   :hefdaddy

And I keep thinking of Affleck as Daredevil and how "meh" he was.  He is a boring actor to me, in general.  I hope he can pull this off.   :P

So Wonder Woman is gonna be in the movie? Considering the "darker", more realistic tone they are going for, this could either be laughably bad, or a pleasant surprise. I liked Man of Steel, but tone-wise it did have a few problems. Wonder Woman as a character would feel pretty out of place in a darker and more serious movie, but it will be interesting to see how they implement it.

If they make her like the WW in the Justice League Unlimited Cartoon it will be gold.

My bad. Didn't realize the trailer was in the DC thread. Looks somewhat decent though.
