Ramen all the way. Cup contains debris masquerading as real vegetables. Ramen, however, can more easily be dolled up by cracking an egg or two into it, adding sliced ham, or many other cheap ass things that somehow become better than normal when using ramen as a base.

Korean ramen, I really need to try some of that.

I just had a cup of noodles for lunch, Cajun Shrimp flavor ("Shrimp" is right, there was only one in the whole cup). Pretty good if I say so myself.

I'd been eating this store-bought lobster bisque that has 190% of the RDA of saturated fat in it until I finally looked at the nutrition panel and made that startling discovery. Yes, 190%. As in 1 day, 21 hours, and 36 minutes of your recommend saturated fat allotment in a meal that can easily be eaten in 15 minutes.

No self respecting broke person eats that stuff in the cup. Its the Ramen in the wrapper. That is thou way to seek noodle enlightenment grasshopper! (and why not throw a grasshopper in there as well? Protein baby!)

And its even better if you pouch an egg in it while the noodles cook!

I've always liked Cup Noodles at bit more... maybe just because they're more convenient to make. They're both tasty though

Ramen, just because there is more variety with what you can do with it. When I ate ramen, my favorite way was to cook the noodles, then drain the water (draining the fat in the process too, but that's not why I do it) from the noodles, and add the flavor packet. Add just a few drops of water from the tap to help distribute the flavor and get each noodle coated in flavoring. If done right, it's eating noodles and not soup.

It's the premium product from Korea's biggest instant noodle company. Dehydrated vegetables and beef are larger than in other instant noodles, noodles are higher quality, real bone base soup, spice isn't overpowering hot but lots of flavor... basically, for a cheap product, it doesn't taste cheap.

Yeah, the Black has a much better balance between flavor and spice, unlike their lower product which is spice all the way.
