1998 Christmas CD Question - Please Help

Can someone who has a copy of the 1998 Christmas cd "Once In A Livetime Outtakes" please be able to do me a favor.

I recently purchased a copy of this cd as it is one of the last two fan club cds I am missing in my collection (the other being Progressive Nation 2008)

The problem is that when it arrived it only came with the booklet and the disc.  THe back trayliner was not included and i was not informed about this before hand.  I was not very happy.

If someone can be so kind to scan their back tray liner in high quality (300dpi prefered) and email it to me that would be so amazing so i can print out the back card for my cd.

Thank you so much and I hope to be a very active member of this community for a long time.  Dream Theater has been my top band ever since I first heard Awake when it came out and has been ever since.
