Queensryche - Rage for Order (Original CD, not re-master)
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime (Original CD, not re-master)

Ordered the remasters and quickly found out they are like a lot of other re-masters.. complete junk.  Sent those back and picked up the discs used (for under $8 shipped total!) .... can't wait to get them.

Hell ya, major approval with the 'Tage.   :tup

I think you already have P&M, so you could probably stop there since the quality drops off alot before HotMK, but you might as well get them anyway to complete your collection :) Oh, and don't forget Handful of Rain.

I've only listened to the first disc but it's the best since Figure Number Five, maybe Natural Born Chaos.  And I have only heard half of it.

Hell yeah, someone else on the forum is a fan!  :tup
Saw them at a Metal fest dedicated to Finnish bands a few years back and have been hooked ever since! Definitely agree on the EP, absolutely killer, although I accidentally spun the first two songs at 33 instead of 45, all I could think was "This doesn't sound right..." lol

All I've heard is that EP and the last album and they were both awesome. I'll definitely see them in May since they'll be playing only a few blocks away from me.

Also, I would highly suggest checking out Abandon All Life by Nails. It's like Rotten Sound but even heavier.

David Bowie - The Next Day
Spock's Beard - Snow

Snow and I really have a relationship. There are maybe months without sparks, but most of the time I only have to think of the line 'His folks named him John, but everyone else called him Snow', to get goosebumps.

Anyway, my haul of the last week or so:

Steven Wilson - Get All You Deserve (BluRay)
Neal Morse - Momentum (cd + dvd)
Neal Morse - Live Momentum (3cd+2dvd)
Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (vinyl)
The FZ Discography Thread! https://www.dreamtheaterforums.org/boards/index.php?topic=44650.0
Nihil-Morari is generally considered the resident Zappa person.

My latest order:

Porcupine Tree - Coma Divine
Riverside - Reality Dream Trilogy

Too bad the NYC boot will take 1-2 months to arrive :sadpanda:

After listening to Making Movies a bunch of times, I went out looking for more Dire Straits.

Today I found an unopened copy of Communique on vinyl, as well as Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell on vinyl  :metal
