Starting this round early since the results for Round 2 have been pretty overwhelming in favor of "Freak", so we'll move right along.

I'm going with "Weathering Sky" - good tune, one of Neal's better pop-rock pieces, but still not as great as the epic, the title track, or the "Thoughts" piece.
