CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
« on: March 03, 2013, 12:59:32 AM »
I got into this show a few years back after playing the video games on the 360. I decided that the games, while made to average quality, were interesting enough to warrant myself checking out the TV show. I finished up the season that was playing at the time, which was the 11th one with Ted Danson and I found myself really enjoying the show.

I ended up buying the other seasons on DVD and spent some days watching them. I fell in love with the show and the characters, especially Gil Grissom, Nick Stokes, Catherine Willows, and Greg Sanders, it was really enjoyable to watch the crimes develop and eventually solved.

Has anybody else watched this show or any of the other versions? Or did you stop watching awhile ago?

I watched it through the whole Gil Grissom period, loved it. I kinda fell out of most tv after that though.

It's the kind of show I don't mind watching if there's nothing else to watch, but I don't go out of my way to see it. It always seems to be trying too hard to be edgy, and that puts me off it a little bit. But it's a perfectly watchable show, especially the original series.

I only really like the original series, Miami is not so great, and if I want to watch crimes get solved in New York I will watch one of the countless other cop shows that take place there.

This is why I don't watch it.

I love the original show, I've watched it from the beginning and still watch it.

I never got into Miami or NY.

Same here though we watched Miami because it was so dame silly.  It would be a perfect drinking game.  Hated the NY show.
