Metallica Survivor 2012 - ...And Justice For All Round 3
« on: November 11, 2012, 03:18:50 PM »
The result of the tiebreaker after 48 hours was a tie (though it's one more for Frayed Ends now, forgot to set the time limit). As a result, both Frayed Ends and To Live Is To Die are eliminated.

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7. To Live
8. Frayed Ends
9. Straw

My vote for this round goes to Dyers Eve again.

Harvester of Sorrow. Eye of the Beholder is just a bit more interesting for me. The other 4 songs are all awesome.

Harvester of Sorrow. Eye of the Beholder is just a bit more interesting for me. The other 4 songs are all awesome.

I'm with ya. In the end, these two songs are complete opposites for me which end up having nearly identical levels of appeal for me.

I say this because EotB's interlude/solo section is its bread and butter whereas HoS's is its intro and chorus (for me anyway.)

Really disappointed.   With as much weak material as there is on this album, to see a fantastic song like Frayed go so early is really sad.    Always loved that intro, and the main riff is one of my all time Metallica favorites.    That was the *ONLY* disappointment on the Damaged Justice tour....that they teased us with that awesome intro and then didn't play the song.   >:(    Never forgave them for that.

Anyway...  Harvester....it was just so-so to begin with, and it hasn't aged well.
