« on: May 20, 2012, 09:25:22 PM »
Hi, I was wondering whether anyone here knows how to isolate channels from a Dolby 5.1 surround sound DVD, i'm looking to do this on a Mac 10.5.8

All I can say is try Logic Pro. I know that at least Logic Pro 9 enables you to work with 5.1 surround sound.

Audacity supports 5.1 as well, but the file has to be in WAV format.
