I would totally do it, I just need my fingers to not be so slow (and by slow i mean something that is at a normal tempo and doesn't require me to work at the speed of light.)

although i just joined a prog group which is pretty much Zappa+Satriani, and that seems to be speeding me up a bit.

not for me, after going to school for record engineering last year... i need to get a decent usb interface then ill be happy.
