Some of you know I was hospitalized last week with a blood clot in my lung. The doctors gave me something called an incentive spirometer.

I've only used for a week, but I really feel like it's helping me get more breath, which means more power.
Just thought I'd pass it along in case anyone is looking for ways to improve their lungs for more powerful singing.
