I made this decision so fast I didn't even have to think about it.

Snowbound is such a bad song...I mean really REALLY bad.   So bad it almost sours the entire album for me.   I need to try to give this album a fair shake, because I know there's some really great material on it.   But I end up avoiding the album just because I'm *afraid* of Snowbound accidentally coming on while I'm too far away from the skip button.

I rather listen to "Friday" 10 times in a row than have to endure Snowbound even once.  BLECH!

This is pretty much where my participation drops out for a while. I've barely listened to this album.
Zydar is my new hero.  I just laughed so hard I nearly shat.

I feel quite fortunate to have discovered Genesis when I did.  This was the first studio album I bought.  At the record store, they had a copy of Seconds Out with a cut-out.  Double live LP for three dollars!  So I grabbed them both.

The point is that while a lot of Genesis fans (the old-school proggers) feel that this is where the band started its long nosedive, I'm fine with the three-piece band because that's where I came in.  I worked my way back and discovered all the proggy goodness, but ATTW3 still had the spark, and it should be noted that this version of the band lasted 20 years.  The classic five-piece lineup less than five.

Anyway, "Scenes from a Night's Dream".  Another attempt at a story-song in the Gabriel tradition, but way too annoying.
