Is the Argentinian Spanish very different from 'normal' Spanish, or is the difference between the different types of Spanish minimal?

It's more or less like the difference between British and American English. The pronunciation is very different and some of the vocabulary varies.

What interests you more,  great lyrics or great music and why?

I'll go with great music. The thing about lyrics is that you have to know the language to understand them while music is a universal language in itself.

What a perfect answer!

Mmmm, I'm not sure. There are still a lot of places that I'd like to visit. The one I wanted to see the most I have already been to (Oxford). To name a couple top places I'd say Machu Pichu in Peru, Iceland, Singapore.

Hmm... I think it's either the large selection of tea I can find in various shops or just that I get to live in the countryside without a car (walking one and a half miles home from the train station is largely not a problem, even if it is unlit). That's a difficult one, I never really thought about it.

Actually, screw that: it's that I get to talk to my old chinese students at an hour that isn't stupid o'clock in the morning.

Great answer. :lol

All right, follow-up questions.

1. If you could go back to any time period in time for a week, where and when would you go?
2. If you had to stay there, (how) would your answer change?
3. A woman you don't know comes up to you and asks you to have sex with her. Do you agree?
4. What is your favourite month of the year?
5. You know that you are going to die tomorrow. How do you spend the day?

1. Probably some city in Britain or America in the mid twenties. You know, like New York or something, with lots of jazz and stuff. I'd spend the entire week probably wasted in jazz clubs.
2. If I had to stay there, I'd probably go to Shanghai instead, so I could be wasted in jazz clubs but also get time to see other parts of China and listen to the traditional music there too, there or Beijing...
... actually, probably Beijing. The food's more varied.
3. No. I look confused and hide up a tree, hoping the unlooked for advance goes away. If it were someone I did know, depending on who it was my answer may change, as long as spending a shitton of time with her was also included.
4. Much as I hate the heat: July. My father always cooks for his birthday and he's a damn good cook, we both get hella drunk on really good local ale, and damn, it's light until about half eleven (not that that matters when you're both drinking until four/sunrise, whichever's earlier).
5. I probably eat a load of cake and then fall into depression.

Either curry or jiaozi (those chinese dumplingy things). Whether that's because it's fun or I enjoy the end product a lot, I don't know, but I always like making them.

Uh, I do sometimes think about returning to Sichuan, but where would suit me fine is a small island somewhere, preferably with a nice little mountain and some lovely sunsets, and a few people for company.

... Oh, and a recording studio, just because why the hell not?

What was/is your favorite (favourite) subject(s) in school besides music?

Physics, art and mandarin (which I did as an afterschool thing in my final school year), and lamentably, I didn't get properly into music until I wasn't doing it as a subject anymore. Sure, I enjoyed it, but it was only a year or so after I had to drop it that I really got massively into the idea of writing and recording, and then a load more years before I actually started doing so.

That said, I got some pretty pictures painted instead. Oh, and Spanish was quite fun too, especially that time when we read "Yerma"...
