It's a somewhat affectionate term - definitely not equivalent to loser. More like when calling someone a goof or tool. LieLow has never heard it because after about 1984 when the McKenzie brothers were no longer on air, it faded away from culture.

sweet fuck I youtubed them the other day....oh man there were some good episodes.

The one where they discuss this woman who found a dead mouse in her beer bottle and was awarded a free case....so they are trying to figure out how to raise a mouse in a bottle and then drown it with beer and seal up the bottle to get free cases.
