Definitely One More Time now...

I don't see how Disconnected gets any votes at all.   Disconnected should EASILY make, if not the finals, at least consolation.     *LOVE* that song.

Seriously....someone needs to save Disconnected.  Top 10 *all time* QR tune.   It's one of those songs that defines who Queensryche is...communicates what they are all about.    That off kilter, not quite right in the head, "I'm not sure if I'm actually sane" moments.   A cornerstone of why I believe this album is their "Dark Side of the Moon".

That's cool that you like it, but I could not disagree more. It's a song like this that easily made theis the weakest DT album up to that time. It's a waste of talent.
I'm not a Promised Land fan at all, but there are a couple of tracks that I think are OK, but Disconnected is not one of them. It was one of those tracks where I was thinking "Queensryche, WTF are you doing???"

I think that jam section in the final 2 minutes of Disconnected is one of the grooviest and proggiest things they've ever done. Despite the dark nature of that song, that part always puts me in a good mood. And I highly recommend watching the music video for Disconnected if you haven't seen it--I don't think it was ever even on MTV.

Too bad I'm not really a huge fan of this album overall. I wanted not to vote, but it makes me sad to see that some of the songs on here I do enjoy are being the first one to go. Oh well, I just hope Damaged will win...
